Do you provide high definition programming?
Yes. DIRECTVIDEO Networks provides High Definition Programming. We look at a variety of sources from Satellite delivered HD programming to off-air terrestrial broadcast channels to meet your requirements.

What is the equipment cost to up-grade to HD programming?
We currently offer a 12 & 24 channel HD head-end systems for free to minimize your capital outlay. The system is paid for by DIRECTV provided you meet minimum subscription requirements. Call us for details.

Do you provide premium movie channels from HBO or Showtime?
Yes. We offer commercial free premium movie services from HBO, Showtime and Starz Encore. With one subscription price, you can get multiple channels of each of the premium service and there may be valuable launch incentives available for your property. Please contact us today for current offers.

Can I get my local channels?
Yes. DIRECTVIDEO Networks provides local channels in 94% of U.S. markets via satellite reception equipment and off-air reception of local channels where available. By providing your property’s ZIP code, we can tell you which local channels

Isn’t cable TV better than satellite?
No. Like home systems, cable companies require a receiver on each television at a considerable cost to your property. DIRECTVIDEO Networks uses the latest reception and decryption technology required for commercial viewing of HD and premium programming. Please contact us to discuss which televisions are compatible with the required technology.

Doesn’t satellite TV go out every time it rains?
No. DIRECTVIDEO Networks uses only commercial grade equipment after surveying the ideal location for your dish. And DIRECTV delivers 99.9% worry-free signal reliability that cable can’t beat. In areas where heavy snowfall is a concern, we provide heated covers for the reception equipment.

Can I add or change channels later?
We tailor the channel line-up that fits your property's needs. You always have the ability to add to, delete from, or modify your channel offering.

Do I need a box on every TV?
No. DIRECTVIDEO Networks installs the required technology at the head-end. Please contact us to discuss which commercial televisions are required at your property.

How do I get service and support?
DIRECTVIDEO Networks will survey, install, and maintain your system using our local, certified, technicians. We provide a 24/7 toll-free number to answer any questions and ensure your system remains trouble free.

Do we need to do anything with our existing cabling?
No. DIRECTVIDEO Networks builds, balances, and amplifies each system before shipment to your property. Once installed, we test the system for clear reception throughout the property. If we find any distribution problems, we will recommend the work required to fix them.
